Measuring your waist
To make sure your underwear fits correctly, wrap a tape measure around your waist at the place where you typically wear your pants. This number, in inches, will give you your underwear size.
Use the chart below to find your size.
Example: If you measured 32” – you are a size Medium.

Measuring your top
For men's tops, measure around the fullest part of your chest under the arms, ensuring that the tape measure is straight and parallel to the floor.
