Domestic Orders:

For a limited time, Malestrom is offering free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 (before tax & shipping) within the 48 contiguous states. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.95. We ship via United States Postal Service from California for all domestic orders. If you prefer another shipping method, please ask us for details. Our processing time is usually one business day and the delivery time is usually within 5 business days. As these are guidelines only, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times unless using USPS Express Mail Service, which is available at an extra cost (see below). We ship via United States Postal Service to Alaska, Hawaii, all P.O. Boxes and other US territories. Please note that we are required by law to collect state sales tax for all orders shipping to a California address.

We offer expedited service via USPS Express Mail on all orders within the 48 contiguous states at the following flat fee:

1 - 2 Business Days = $29.95

* please keep in mind that due to federal law, certain products (ie. flammable or pressurized items) can only be sent by ground service.

International Orders:

We ship by air mail via the United States Postal Service to all countries outside the United States, including Canada. Canadian customers also have the option of Express Mail International. Please note that for a limited time, we are offering free shipping to Canada for orders over $50. Order processing time is usually one business day and delivery time is anywhere from 3-14 business days. As this is a guideline only, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times unless using Global Express Mail Guaranteed Service, which is available at an additional cost (please ask us when placing your order). All international packages are subject to opening and inspection by local customs authorities, and may be subject to import duties and taxes. Malestrom Online has no control over this and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes or delays resulting from local customs. Please be advised that international law requires us to fully disclose the contents and value of each package we ship internationally.

Canada: $5.95 flat fee shipping charge for orders up to $50. For a limited time, we are offering free standard shipping to Canada for orders over $50. For faster delivery (1-2 business days), Global Express Mail Guaranteed Service to Canada is available for a flat fee of $49.95. Please note that if your order is unusually large and/or heavy, we may contact you about additional charges that may be required.

All other countries: $44.95 flat fee shipping charge for all orders up to $110. If your order is over $110, we charge $54.95 and up depending on the value/weight of the parcel. We use Global Express Mail (which is a very safe, expedited service offering a tracking number, insurance & signature confirmation) for all orders going to an international destination.

FedEx International Economy Service (2-5 business days): $129.95 flat fee for all international destinations.
