Returns & Exchanges
We are very proud of the products we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, you may return or exchange any UNOPENED product for up to 30 days after receipt of your order. Simply contact us with a brief explanation as to why you were not satisfied with the product and we will happily send you a return authorization number. In order for us to refund or credit you for any returns or exchanges, it is important that we receive all returned products in the same "brand-new" condition as you received it, including all original packaging. If returning apparel, all original tags must still be attached and clothing must not be worn or washed. We will happily offer another product of your choice as an exchange or offer a credit or refund for the amount you paid. If the returned item was a gift, we regret that cannot give you a refund but we will happily offer a credit for the value of the returned product. We regret that we cannot refund any shipping fees you incur when returning products to us unless it was an error on our part. We will, however, happily pay any postage costs in sending the replacement item of your choice. We highly recommend that you use a delivery method that offers a traceable, insured service as we cannot offer any refunds for returned products that go missing or are damaged in transit, therefore, please take care in packing returned products well. In the case of exchanges, please let us know which item(s) you would like as a replacement as soon as possible so we can have it ready to ship out to you upon receiving your return. Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 5-21 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit card, a credit will be applied to your account, and should appear on your statement usually within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. If you ordered by money order, a refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.

Changing or Cancelling Orders
We strive to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. You can help us serve you better by insuring the accuracy of your order before submitting it to us. However if you must change or cancel your order after you've submitted it to us, it is extremely important that you let us know as soon as possible after placing the order. Because we make every effort to ship your order as soon as we receive your payment, please contact us with your change/cancellation request right away. If you order has not been shipped out yet, we will be able to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been sent, simply refuse the parcel when it is delivered to your door. If you accept the parcel, you will need to go through the procedure as outlined on our return policy. We regret we cannot reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur in returning the items to us. Therefore we ask once again that you insure the accuracy of your order before submitting it to us to prevent unnecessary returns and costs in shipping. Thanks for your understanding in the matter.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If you receive your order and find anything damaged, defective or missing, please contact us immediately and we will rectify the problem right away. If your parcel fails to arrive within the posted delivery times, you can track your parcel using our track order page or simply contact us and we will track down your parcel and replace it if it's gone missing. In the case of damaged or defective items, please keep all merchandise and packing materials until after you've contacted us. You may be requested to return these items to us or make them available for examination by a representative of the courrier. We cannot consider any claims for any defective or damaged merchandise for which you are unable to return to us upon demand. We happily accept many methods of payment. The easiest way to pay is by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express for online, phone, FAX and/or mail orders. You will be billed in US dollars. If you don't feel comfortable paying with a credit card, we will also happily accept money orders in US dollars.
